Had a great holiday in Sardinia recently although it annoys us that in England we have so many inspections to gain four stars for our B&B and to gain rosettes for our restaurant when apparantely when you are in Europe, wherever you go, you can get away with just about anything and be a so called four star hotel.  For example, no cutlery on the breakfast tables, dogs allowed in restaurants, cheese left out in hot conditions, these are just a few examples.  Why are we so fussy in England!!  It seems once you are on holiday somewhere hot it does not matter how you are treated as you are on holiday.  Anyway we had a great holiday and Sardinia is lovely.  We are back and up to full capacity in our B&B and still offering great service.
